Things to do at Alki Beach (West Seattle)

Alki Beach is a perfect place to enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, running, sun bathing, or kite flying. It also has a great selection of intimate restaurants, delis and pubs all within walking distance from the beach. The entire length of the beach and promenade is public, so there is lots of room for family gatherings. The beach is shallow so when the weather is hot, it's a great place to cool off with a summer swim.
