Edmond's small town community is appealing to both visitors and residents. Located along the waterfront, Edmonds is home to a thriving artist community and has many beaches, parks and shops to explore. Edmonds is also a great starting point to travel by ferry across Puget Sound to the Olympic Peninsula. Additionally, Amtrak also has trains that depart to and from Edmonds north to Vancouver, BC and south to Seattle destinations. Edmonds offers year round festivals and events for the entire family. For visitors there are two bed and breakfast establishments and smaller lodging accomodations located nearby.
